Safety
FCI Hospitality has a proactive safety program that includes regular certification verification, job site safety checklists, subcontractor safety agreements, and a 24-hour emergency telephone number. We strictly follow all OSHA and local safety rules and regulations.
Project managers and field supervisors are required to take additional training, such as first aid and CPR. Project managers and field supervisors also hold daily/weekly meetings outlining the activities for the day/week and how to handle potential hazards safely.
Scheduling
FCI Hospitality provides all our project managers and schedulers the one thing they value most: control. We use the recognized standard for high-performance construction project management and scheduling software to handle large-scale and multifaceted construction projects. Our construction software is an advanced yet highly flexible tool that assists in delivering exceptional quality and on-time projects
Support
We believe in our craftsmanship and back our completed projects with a one-year warranty. At the 11-month post project completion, an FCI Hospitality representative will schedule a walk-through to address any concerns or corrections. Prior to the 11-month walk-through, we are often able to provide warranty-related services within one-business-day.
